Order Procedures

  • Once an order is placed via our shopping cart, the customer will receive an email confirmation detailing the order and an estimated shipment date.
  • For items in stock, we aim to ship within 1-2 weeks. For items that out of stock will require 4-6 weeks for reproduction. In such cases, we will promptly inform you once the order quotation is received.
  • When your shipment is ready, we will notify you via email with a tracking number. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will immediately communicate this to you.
  • If the delivered goods are damaged or broken, please notify us in writing—preferably by email or fax—within 3 days of receipt. It is crucial to inspect the package upon arrival; failure to do so may forfeit your right to claim damages.
  • Please retain all packaging materials for damage inspection, and take photographs of the damaged item and packaging as evidence. Damaged or broken goods in transit will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the insurer’s appointed agent. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by carrier-related issues.
